ServiceNow is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Outbound Product Manager to join the RaptorDB product team, to help shape how ServiceNow’s customers understand, adopt, and unlock value from this innovative data platform. You will translate deep technical capabilities into narratives, go-to-market strategies, and customer-facing content.
Define the vision and roadmap for Mercury’s Risk Data Platform and Decision Engine. Build flexible, low-latency decisioning infrastructure that powers real-time risk controls across the customer lifecycle. Partner with engineering, risk strategy, data science, and risk operations to design APIs, data platforms, rule engines, and model orchestration workflows.
You will be owning, strategizing, and developing a large portion of Arize AI’s core product roadmap, from ideation to creation, and will be involved in all stages of the product life cycle. You will be engaging with customers to gather meaningful insight and feedback to create a world class product. You will be working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive our product strategy into production.
